These Terms of Service establish the agreement between me and the client commissioning artwork. By requesting a commission, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms.Commission – a request for a personalized piece of artwork or design created by the artist for a set fee, based on specific guidelines provided by the client.WIP (Work in Progress) – an unfinished artwork shared with the client to show progress or request feedback before finalization.OC (Original Character) – a unique fictional character created by an individual, distinct from any pre-existing media. OCs are often used in art, storytelling, and role-playing.Custom Design – a personalized artwork or character design made to match a client’s specifications, including elements such as illustrations, logos, or concepts.Adoptables – pre-designed characters offered for sale or trade. Once purchased, the client gains the right to use the character, often with an accompanying backstory or theme.YCH (Your Character Here) – a pre-drawn artwork template where the client’s OC is inserted into a set pose, background, or scenario.

✩°｡⋆GENERAL RULES⋆｡°✩Age Requirements – clients must be at least 13 years old to commission me. For minors, parental or guardian consent is required. NSFW commissions are strictly 18+.Right to Refuse – I reserve the right to decline any commission at my discretion, without providing a reason.Social Media Sharing – commissioned artwork may be posted on my social media unless the client requests privacy at the time of ordering.Cancellation Policy – if a commission is canceled at the sketch stage, I may repurpose the sketch for future projects.Credit and Usage – clients must credit me, Eifeo, when sharing commissioned work.

My artwork may not be submitted to contests, resold, or used for profit. Slight edits are allowed, but my signature must remain visible.NFT and AI - I do not support NFTs and Artificial Intelligence, and my artwork cannot be used for these purposes.Respectful Communication – clients must maintain respectful interactions. Rude or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.Client Responsibility – clients must provide accurate references and details for commissions.Violations will result in blacklisting, and severe infractions may lead to further action.

✩°｡⋆PROCESS AND REVISIONS⋆｡°✩Progress Updates – WIP images will be shared at each stage for feedback.Change Requests – major changes (pose, expression, clothing, background) are only allowed during the sketch stage; further alterations may require an additional fee.Small Adjustments – minor tweaks can be requested at any stage at no extra cost, as long as they do not alter the core concept.Revisions – small post-sketch adjustments are free, but significant changes may incur a fee.Client Response Time – if a client does not respond within 2 days to a WIP update, work will proceed without free revisions.Final Approval – once a commission is completed, client approval is required. Any further revisions after approval may incur additional charges.

✩°｡⋆PAYMENT⋆｡°✩PRICE IS NOT NEGOTIABLE
1. International – payment in USD via paypal.
Poland – payment in USD via paypal or via bank transfers in PLN.
2. Client must cover all transaction fees to ensure the full agreed-upon amount is received.
3. Clients are responsible for any conversion fees.
4. Special requests, rush orders, or major revisions may incur extra fees, which will be discussed beforehand. Prices may vary depending on the character, category, etc.
5. I will start working on a commission after full payment is received.

✩°｡⋆REFUND POLICY⋆｡°✩1. Refunds are only available during the sketch stage.
2. Additional fees for rush orders or extra revisions are non-refundable.
3. Chargebacks without prior communication will result in an immediate blacklist.
4. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
